I’m a certified athletic trainer, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and pre & postnatal coach — and I’m currently pregnant, due February.
I’ve spent almost 7 years helping hundreds of women build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with food and exercise.
And while my background started with former female athletes, this season of my life has made it clear that motherhood is the space I’m meant to be helping now.
I played soccer from the time I was 6 years old until I was 22.
For most of my life, fitness meant structure: set schedules, planned workouts, teammates for motivation, and coaches telling me exactly what to do. When soccer ended, all of that disappeared.
I remember how strange that felt — trying to figure out workouts, nutrition, and motivation on my own while balancing life. That experience is what first led me into coaching.
Now, as I move through pregnancy and prepare for motherhood myself, I see those same challenges show up in a new way.
Your body changes. Your energy changes. Your time changes.
And the fitness advice that once worked often stops fitting.
I believe moms deserve support that meets them where they are — during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond — without pressure to “bounce back,” restrict, or force old routines onto a new season of life.
I’m really glad you’re here, and I hope this space helps you feel supported, capable, and confident in whatever season of motherhood you’re in.
