Some questions you may have about my coaching:
▪️How is this different from other coaching programs?
I am someone who genuinely cares about you and the results you get. I won't let you do this alone and I will be here every step of the way. This is not a quick-fix cookie-cutter program that makes you restrict yourself to less than 1,000 calories and replace food with shakes every day...this is a program that helps you build healthy, sustainable habits that you can use for life and become a healthier, happier, and more confident version of yourself.
▪️Can you guarantee that I will get results through this?
I will never guarantee results and if you know someone who does...RUN! With everything else in life, you get out what you put in. You can take all the knowledge and advice I give you through this and use it to your advantage or you can go through the motions and not get what you can out of this program. If you put in 50%, you will get 50% results. It's up to you.
▪️If I don't get the results I want, can I get a refund?
This program is non-refundable. I put a lot of time and energy into the things I coach in here. It is nearly impossible to not see results if you are sticking to the plan & as long as you are following the program then there shouldn't be any reason why you don't get results in 6-12 months of doing this.
